Kidney Health Australia is looking to support a group of HPs with a special interest in chronic kidney disease. We would like to provide you with resources, referral pathways, small group webinars and Q&A sessions with a nephrologist.

In 2022 we have held 4x webinars, 1x collaboration meeting, 1x case discussion group meeting, and published 5 editions of our Health Professional Newsletter - Clinical e-News.
